HIM AMRIT Agro Welfare Association was founded with a simple yet profound mission: to protect and nurture indigenous Indian cow breeds while providing families with the purest, most authentic cow-based products.
Our gaushala is home to over 50 desi cows, including Gir, Sahiwal, and Red Sindhi breeds. We believe these sacred animals are not just livestock, but part of our cultural heritage and natural ecosystem.
Every product we create - from A2 Desi Ghee made using the traditional bilona method to organic compost for sustainable farming - reflects our commitment to quality, tradition, and environmental responsibility.

Why Desi Cow Products?
Understanding the unique benefits of indigenous cow breeds
A2 Beta-Casein Protein
Indigenous Indian cows produce milk containing only A2 beta-casein protein, which is easier to digest and doesn't cause the inflammation associated with A1 protein found in hybrid and foreign breeds.
Superior Nutritional Profile
Desi cow milk and ghee contain higher levels of Omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals. The unique hump on desi cows (Surya Ketu Nadi) is believed to absorb solar energy, enhancing the medicinal properties of their products.
Ayurvedic Significance
All five products from desi cows (Panchgavya) - milk, curd, ghee, urine, and dung - have been used in Ayurvedic medicine for thousands of years for their therapeutic properties.
